Hello. Thanks for checking us out online. We are a coffee shop. We make everything here, never use artificial flavors or colors. We don't add "natural flavors" either. The only oil we use is olive oil, and our primary flour is organic whole wheat. Everybody here believes strongly in hospitality and craft, and we want you to have a good experience. If something isn't right, don't be shy, let us know. We are a small team, and people need days off and experience burn out, so sometimes we don't have breakfast and sometimes we don't have baked goods. These are problems that have solutions, and we'll solve them. However we always have coffee, which is tied for the most important nutrient with vitamin D, discipline. William’s Coffee Co. is a scrumptious local gem in an area saturated with chain restaurants. The drinks are handcrafted with care, the pastries and breakfasts are wholesome and fresh (no over-done eggs in sight). The staff are friendly and welcome us by name! We love the welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. The flat white is perfectly pulled, the homemade chai blend is intricate and bold, the matcha is perfect, the saffron syrup is delicate. Love a place that focuses on coffee. Natural flavors, make their own syrups and almond milk. Fresh pastries. Great service, no condescending answers to customer questions. I only wish it was closer to me so I could visit often. Awesome find on the way up north.

My family stopped here on our road for a morning coffee and snack. Upon arrival we heard all the customers being greeted by name. The atmosphere is very boho eclectic and dim moody lighting. It’s a small space but has outdoor seating. The 2 baristas who took our order were less than enthusiastic or knowledgeable when we ordered a 1/2 caf americano. That would be my only complaint. The owner, William popped up and I could tell immediately how passionate he was about his coffee. He thanked me by name as we left. Love this! The coffee was absolutely phenomenal!!! A week later and I’m still dreaming about that Americano. It was divine. Also a notable mention was the house made almond and coconut milk. I was given a cup on the side to top off my own drink. I took a sip to taste it on its own and it was so creamy and delicious. The bathroom was clean and stocked.

I can’t speak more highly of this quaint coffee breakfast shop! I have an allergy to onion. The chef and owner took the time to actually discuss with me my food allergy and took the time and care to be sure to not include anything that could be an issue. His concern and care was as refreshing was the delicious breakfast he created for me! Truly fresh quality! I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Williams Coffee Co. for so long that I’m pretty sure I qualify as part of the furniture. Their coffee has never missed once—like, annoyingly consistent. I’ve tried to find a bad drink here just to prove they’re human, and I can’t. At this point I’m convinced they’re running some sort of caffeine cult, and honestly, sign me up. The environment is always warm and welcoming, which is probably why I kept coming back even before the caffeine dependency kicked in. Over time, the baristas started greeting me by name, which felt very “main character in a small-town movie.” Eventually we just became friends because when someone hands you great coffee every day and remembers your order AND your emotional state, that’s basically family. If you want great coffee, a cozy vibe, and baristas who will slowly adopt you into their ecosystem, this is your place. Eleven out of ten, would definitely continue enabling my coffee addiction here.
